Shipping

Every K0 SmartKey order includes a custom build page written for your car. The SmartKey doesn’t ship until the page is approved — so shipping has two phases:

Phase 1 — Page Writing (7–10 business days)

After checkout, we send you a questionnaire about your car. Once you reply, Richard writes the page and sends a preview for your approval. Most pages are ready within 7–10 business days of receiving your info. You can request revisions — no limit, no charge.

Phase 2 — SmartKey Shipping (2–5 business days domestic)

Once you approve the page, the SmartKey is programmed and ships the next business day.

• US orders: USPS Priority or UPS Ground, 2–5 business days. Free shipping on all orders.

• International orders: USPS International or DHL, 7–14 business days. Buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as the SmartKey ships.

Returns

30 days from delivery. No questions asked.

Email k0officialsupply@gmail.com and we’ll send a prepaid return label. Ship the SmartKey back in its original packaging. Refund hits your card within 3 business days of receipt.

Your build page is yours regardless of the return. Tell us whether you’d like it to stay live, be taken down, or exported to you.

Damaged or Defective?

Email us with a photo of what arrived. We’ll ship a replacement immediately — no return needed. Your build page is unaffected.

Exchanges

We don’t do traditional exchanges since every SmartKey is paired with a unique build page. If you need a new SmartKey for a different car, place a new order and we’ll write a fresh page for it.
